Real estate was a role always meant for me; even outside of watching my mom in the market, I became accustomed to the evenings-and-weekends work that we all find ourselves in at one point or another in our lives. I’ve never liked the idea of a fixed, 8-hour day schedule – but a role where I have flexible hours and can hang out with new, interesting people while visiting properties? Sure thing.
After working in this industry for 11 years now, I have found it to be rewarding, comfortable, and bittersweet all at the same time. Not only do I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients (I’m a pretty sociable guy), but I enjoy the nuances that each selling and buying experience brings. It’s not about the commission – it’s about helping you on your journey to get where you need to go and being involved in that milestone. And as bittersweet as it is to finally hand off the keys, the entire process is incredibly rewarding.
With my experience comes a lot of knowledge. If you have any questions for me, I am happy to share with you as much as I know (without being too overwhelming – it can be a lot sometimes). There is rarely a question that I can’t answer; from start to finish, consider me your real estate guide.
